Maria Ana, i cooked the cous cous for about 10 minutes. Usually you just have to boil the water and it cooks immediately, but since i was using almond milk, i had to cook it a little longer.
that's really creative with couscous. i always do something savory with it. funny, i have grow great grub sitting on my kitchen table too. i went to gayla's book launch yesterday. excited to read it!
