this looks so delicious, i love how you have quinoa or couscous as a breakfast grain, such a great idea, i must try that soon, instead of the usual oatmeal's etc...and love this photo, so gorgeous, the lighting is beautiful!

You have to cook the couscous right? Or can it be eaten raw?

Maria Ana,
i cooked the cous cous for about 10 minutes. Usually you just have to boil the water and it cooks immediately, but since i was using almond milk, i had to cook it a little longer.

that's really creative with couscous. i always do something savory with it. funny, i have grow great grub sitting on my kitchen table too. i went to gayla's book launch yesterday. excited to read it!
