Gorgeous little bowl/mug. The best part about freezing is the inevitable surprise upon opening the freezer months later, having discovered: "I forgot I froze that." Moments of genius forgotten (perhaps never known) and, then, realized!! xo

Now I wish that I had frozen some rhubarb too! Now I'll know to do it next year.

i did the same from a rhubarb haul from a friend's garden several months ago; this is where it'll be going once the weather starts to cool down some!

This picture looks just like these days feel !
It's still summer technically but it's getting chillier...
This is such a beautiful shot, and well, rhubarb I never get fed up with...

Good heavens! What an inspired recipe. Blackberry and rhubarb? Who would have thought?

As usual, your photo left me wide-eyed and significantly hungrier.
You have such talent, Jen.
Thanks for the inspiration.

I love how you always choose just the right vessel for whatever you're filling them with...this one is as satisfyingly 'wholesome' as the blackberry & rhubarb crisp. Your addition of balsamic vinegar must set this combo off really nicely too...

Very cool blog! Your posts make me salivate! I wonder have you ever tried Turkish Breakfast? I am living in Istanbul and it is one of my favorite things about living here. Check out my post about it if you are interested. http://theistanbulletin.com/2012/10/10/eat-turkish-breakfast-and-sing-along-at-home/
