Do you make your own sourdough bread. I have been making my own for a couple of years now, and I really like it. Especially when it ocmes with some kind of cheese, like as you did, it is just more authentic and rustic. Yumm..

Being a Cheesemonger (really!) I instantly zeroed in on the Brie. Do you recall what type &/or maker the Brie is? Also, this is so my type of breakfast.
