Thought I would switch it up today and throw in a lunch: asparagus soup (made with frozen asparagus) and a winter salad with kale, apples, grapefruit, + red onion (I used the dressing recipe from here--so good!)

I'm a vegetarian and these adds my vegetables and fruits recipes. I agree with this. These are health foods which is very beneficial to the body.
