* 6 Eggs * 3 c Milk * Nutmeg * White pepper and-- salt to
QUICHE
* 1 cn Artichoke hearts; chopped in * 1 c Spinach; finely chopped * 1 c Parmesan cheese; freshly * 2 Pre-baked 8" pie shells
Preparation
To make the custard, mix the ingredients together. Place spinach, artichoke hearts and cheese into pie shells. Add the custard mixture. Place in a 375 degree oven and bake 45 minutes to one hour until the custard is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. If using processed Parmesan cheese, use less salt in the custard mix. If using frozen spinach, squeeze out water after defrosting
