today brian ate {in his own words}: a spicy fried egg on country bread, a garden tomato, and french press coffee. mmm

Nothing is better than a well-peppered, sunny-side up egg on fresh bread. Yum! Hungry.

The tomatoes, just smacked right down on the table, look superb! Someone told me that the tomatoes in NY weren't looking so good this year--apparently not the case in your neighborhood. The pepper on the egg looks really good too. You are making me hungry. I think it's time for dinner.

love this! i'm new to your blog...checked it out last week (after seeing a preview of the book, "applique your way,") and was already a fan of brian's blog, so it make sense you two know each other.
