I've visited your blog for a long time now, but have never commented. Now that you are back (at least for a bit...no pressure!) I want to thank you. Thank you for reminding me to take the time to craft aesthetic experiences. It's so easy, especially when eating alone (or doing anything alone for that matter) to rush through and take your own enjoyment for granted. Your photos remind me of how lovely I can make even the simplest of actions.
I love your blog. I work in an office full of web designers and creative types, and when you post a new blog we pass the link around and drool, and think, "why the heck didn't I have THAT instead of that stale bagel/bowl of cocoapuffs/cigarette/ pizza left over from Tuesday for my breakfast?"
Please post more often. I need more Zen in my life.

Hard egg or soft? What is under the tomato?
hard boiled egg. feta cheese under the tomato. delish!
I love your blog, but it'd be even better if you say what you're eating. Cause I'd loove to copy your breakfasts.
XO Shannon

I love how the brown speckled egg looks in that little light blue cup. Perfect! And your tomato and cheese toast looks mmmmm...delicious!
Yum, I'll have to try this one. What kind of cheese is under the tomato?
Wow, now that looks truly divine!
