Is that a spanish tortilla with mushrooms?!?! So pretty.
it is a frittata with portabella mushrooms, feta, and arugula. it is basically an omelet started on the burners and then finished in the oven.
I was just going to ask what it was because it looks really yummy. Oh well. Mushrooms. Blech. LOL Still looks good but I won't be trying it. :)
i love how the mushrooms and greens match the napkin... great shapes, very tranquil.
Interesting, what is that? This is my breakfast http://sweet-things-in-life.blogspot.com/2008/09/havregrynsgrt-med-hallon.html
I just love how you're keep varying your breakfast. I'm stuck with toast, cheese and yoghurt every single day. Oh - but I switched tea label yesterday ;-)
This one....around 11.00 am, sitting in a flowered backyard....almost "eden"...
