Is that a spanish tortilla with mushrooms?!?! So pretty.
it is a frittata with portabella mushrooms, feta, and arugula. it is basically an omelet started on the burners and then finished in the oven.
I was just going to ask what it was because it looks really yummy. Oh well. Mushrooms. Blech. LOL Still looks good but I won't be trying it. :)

a.o.: I have a mug that looks like that - it came from Pier 1 a few years ago (2005). The breakfast looks really good!
